Rozlyn Papa asked to be on Bachelor Pad
Remember Jake Pavelka's Ex, Rozlyn Papa? She was the Bachelor contestant who had 'sexual relations' with the show's producers and was immediately asked to leave the show.
So why did ABC ask Rozlyn to be on Bachelor Pad? In this interview with Rozlyn, she explains how the show asked her to be on Bachelor Pad and why she turned it down...
Q: So I guess you wouldn’t sign up to be The Bachelorette if they offered it to you
Rozlyn Papa: "Ah, no — absolutely not. And I’m not strictly opposed to doing another reality show; it would just have to be a very different premise. They did ask me several times if I would do their new show, The Bachelor Pad, which, as they described it is sort of a mix between Survivor and Big Brother, but it’s all people from previous seasons of The Bachelor or Bachelorette. They called and said, “We know you had a really bad experience on our show, and we’re really sorry about the way things happened, but you’re still part of our family.” What kind of dysfunctional family did they grow up in? Anyway, they asked me to do this new show, and my initial response was “No, no, no,” and then I thought there’s a price for everything. But we did not come to an agreement on that, and at the end of the day, I’m just not interested in getting wrapped up in that again"
Q:When you signed up for The Bachelor, did you think at all that you’d meet someone you’d have a relationship with?
Rozlyn: When I signed up, they said [the competition is] between three guys: It’s going to be either Kiptyn, Reid or Jake. I never watched the show, so my sister and I YouTubed them. I talked to the producer, [who asked], “Is there any one that you like?” And I said, “Kiptyn and Reid, but I’m not interested in Jake.” And then, just before I left, they said it’s going to be Jake, and I said I’m not interested. They said, “Oh, it’s fine, just see what happens.”
They didn’t care that I wasn’t interested in him. So, for them to criticize me and say that I wasn’t there for the right reasons — they already knew that I wasn’t going to fall in love with this guy and that I wasn’t attracted to him. They’re not interested in that. They don’t care about people falling in love; they care about the ratings and the drama.
They have story-writers. Everything is very calculated. They knew going in that I wasn’t interested in this guy, but they cast me anyway. They were very much pursuing me to be on the show. It wasn’t the other way around....

Krisily calls the other girls fake...then votes herself as the most shallow. Elizabeth claims she isn't shallow, but then admits that she doesn't know what the word means. And Natalie would take $20 to kiss every guy in the house, but is destroyed when she gets voted to be perpetually single. I think the Bachelor Pad is located somewhere between the Twilight Zone and the Bermuda Triangle. I was very surprised when everyone voted Gwen the dumbest - she is actually a very smart girl! You can see that when she's consoling Natalie after the competition. My guess is some people thought that because she's played the game so low-key...or perhaps because she wasn't really in the click of remaining "Insiders". After the winners are announced, Tenley picks Kiptyn for her date. There's been more build-up here than in the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano. But Kiptyn finally kisses Tenley, and I'm guessing a party was thrown in Disney Land to celebrate. Seriously though, I'm very glad they finally got to get out of the mansion together. Bachelor Pad Recap- Episode 4
It was a competition of who was the most shallow and who had the worst boob job (congratulations to Elizabeth for winning both!). Natalie was most likely the one not to get married and Gwen was voted dumbest girl in the house. Why didn't ABC producers ask who was the oldest girl in the house? Gwen probably would have won.

I knew it was going to ruffle some feathers, but Tenley really outdid herself by crying not during or after but before she even filled out the survey. During the competition a couple things stood out to me. Elizabeth was voted most shallow. She took it like only Elizabeth can by stating she didn’t even know what shallow even means… huh? I loved that Krisily voted herself most shallow. Gwen easily took the biggest beating being voted the dumbest, while Natalie won the “always a bridesmaid” vote. This obviously hit a raw nerve with Natalie and sent her into an emotional tailspin. I know it was an emotional day, but can somebody please tell me why Elizabeth was bawling her eyes out? Sure, she was voted worst boob job in the house but come on, is that enough to send you into the bathroom for a breakdown? The biggest shock of the day was of all the people crying, Tenley wasn’t one of them. Kovacs did a solid job supporting and being there for Elizabeth; he then opened up and officially told Elizabeth he has feelings for her. It is my sincere hope that Elizabeth sees that she doesn’t have to threaten or blackmail a guy for him to show her he has feelings for her. Tenley won the challenge and in the shocker of all shockers she took Kiptyn on the date. It’s funny how you just see people and you really hope they end up together. This is not to put undue pressure on them, but I know you all agree they just seem perfect together."

This weekend, Bachelor contestants Gia Allemand, Deanna Pappas, Craig Robinson and Graham Bunn (amongst others) got together in New York's Central Park to raise money for cancer. The Bachelor helped to raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation that raises money for childhood cancer. Read more here about the event.

It was a Bachelor wedding weekend for Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders. The explantant couple married at the Rumor Hotel in Las Vegas on Sunday. Among the guest were Jason and Molly Mesnick, Jesse Kovacs and Vienna Girardi. (Although Vienna enjoyed her time at the wedding, she later got denied entry to an Emmy party).

People Magazine chats with Bachelor Pad Gia and Weatherman about their elimination...
People Magazine- When you were in the limo, you talked about rampant stupidity in the house. Can you explain?
Weatherman- A big part of the game is the people making decisions that will affect your fate, and there’s really only so much you can do in the end to control that, so that’s the challenge of the game … A lot of those people that did hold my fate in their hands could’ve helped themselves out by keeping me around … And also I think Gia’s decision to give Wes the rose was stupid and I think Nikki’s decision to vote for Craig to go home on the second rose ceremony was stupid … People didn’t realize that their decisions were going to be affecting them in the long run. People were too obsessed with the short-term and for not hurting anybody’s feelings or their friendships.
Do you think ultimately the couples strategy is going to work?
Now it’ll work. There was a chance for the outsiders to really take control … The last night when I was there, people like Peyton, who voted me off, she shot herself in the foot. She thinks Kiptyn and Kovacs are going to want to keep her around and she’s stupid for that. So, now all those people who are the outsiders, they’re all forming new relationships, like Jesse B. and Peyton. I think if you’re a couple coming in, you have a much better chance now of surviving.

I might have been a little more aggressive before the third rose ceremony. Everybody clammed up after what Gia said after the second rose ceremony about conspiring to send Kiptyn home. How is Jake Pavelka finding love these days? According to US Weekly, Jake goes on Match. com, an online dating site. "I've tried Match.com," he tells UsMagazine.com. "It is really hard to meet people, and the reason it's hard to meet people is timing. You don't know where people are! Did they just come out of a relationship, are they completely closed off emotionally, or have they had a whole line of really bad breakups?" We just hope that he doesn't accidentally meet someone online named Vienna.

Former Bachelor Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders are getting married at the Las Vegas Rumor Hotel this weekend! Bachelor wedding guests include Chris Harrison (who can't attend) and some of Jesse's former Bachelor friends. His bride-to-be Ann Lueders (who appeared on The Bachelor, Jason Mesnick's season) is now four months pregnant.
Chris Lambton Still Considering Bachelor Role
Could Ali Fedotowsky's ex, Chris Lambton, still be in the running for next bachelor. Rumours are circulating that Chris was asked by ABC producers to be next bachelor and turned it down. Now according to People.com, we shouldn't count Chris out just yet. Bachelor host, Chris Harrison, tells People "“I was just with him this weekend in North Carolina and we talked about the show … it may be right for him, but it may not be... “I don’t want to push him into something he’s not ready to do, or it’s not going to be right and we’ll all end up regretting it."

People.com- You were obviously very upset leaving the Bachelor Pad. How are you feeling about it now?
Gia- Time has passed, but going home right after the show was extremely hard. The main thing that’s hard right now is me just trying to keep Chris, who was my boyfriend while I was on the show, protected. He didn’t sign up for this, so I’m trying my hardest just to not get him dragged anymore into this than he already has been.
Are you guys still together?
I’m going to keep that secret and private. I’ll probably talk about it at the finale or something. (And don't forget to check out Gia's weekly Bachelor Pad blog for more behind-the-scenes!)
If you could redo the show, would you have gone on without a boyfriend since it obviously held you back?
I would never have gone on [the show] with a boyfriend. It’s just too hard. I mean, the whole time you’re thinking you don’t want to hurt your friends and then you have to think about how you’re going to be portrayed or interpreted back home by your boyfriend and your family. He was a big worry in the back of my head and you can’t really compete with that hanging on your shoulder in that house and that game. If I had to go back, I would have to be single. EXCLUSIVE BLOG: Gia Allemand's 'Bachelor Pad' Blog- Episode Three

For my first blogging experience ever I chose to write about last night’s episode where I get eliminated. Let me give everyone out there a better explanation of the whole "me" and "Nikki" situation. First off, yes I was going to give Craig the rose but then I thought a lot about strategy and what’s right, and I came up with a way to keep both Wes and Craig safe. The girls at that point didn’t see Wes as an ally, so if I gave Craig the rose, I was putting Wes in jeopardy. I thought to myself, okay it sucks that I am gonna have to go back on my word without telling the girls and seeing where they stand. But I was on my date already and obviously had no contact with any of them so I went with my instincts and did what the right thing was, in my opinion.
I asked Nikki and the other girls who we should vote off. Everyone agreed and said Kiptyn because he would never vote against Tenley. Now for Nikki to go and do that when she had the opportunity to talk to all of us is flat out wrong. She had no strategy or plan to do what she did. She didn’t even warn any of us and she had the chance on several occasions (if she would have some strategic plan or some reasoning on why she changed her vote last minute), then I wouldn’t have been so mad. My change in thought was to benefit my group and to do what’s right.
Onto the kissing competition. Out of all the competitions to come next, a kissing competition comes up... Great. I’m thinking the one time I really need to win a rose and there's a competition I have to back down from. I gave it a shot while being blindfolded and all the guys were super cool and respectful. Then, comes time for the girls to kiss the boys... and I was so grossed out and disgusted that I probably wouldn’t have done it even if I was single! Some of the sound effects the girls were making during the kissing contest were enough to make me want to throw up more then when I ate the cherry pie!!!
Even if I did participate in the kissing competition, I would’ve lost anyways because I’m so short I can’t even reach the guys. Did you see me barely reach Jesse B? Ha ha ha! Also, the girls forgot to give me the memo that you wear heels in the AM when a competition is about to be announced. Here I am thinking I’m gonna have to eat bugs or something.... I would’ve much rather ate some sort of crazy looking bug then do a kissing competition. David and Peyton are both safe because they won the kissing competition. David gets the date card and it says "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." Couldn’t he just stay in Vegas, along with Natalie’s bikini top? I think Krisily is soooo cute and David absolutely adores her. There is a warm side of her that you don’t see right away, but when you get to know her. She is real, straight up and an all around good person. Even though I knew what happened (when I was watching the show), I found myself begging the TV to please let David give Krisily half a chance.

Now the rose ceremony comes and all day I see Wes running around stressing out. He's trying to keep me here and he's not even worrying about himself. All he is worrying about is me and it can possibly jeopardize him. I hope he wins. That’s all I can think about after watching him the last three weeks. There is not any other person more deserving than him. I knew I was gonna go home that night, and I wish I would’ve known Wes was jeopardizing himself. I wouldn’t have let him do that.
There was no reasoning with Kiptyn at that point, he saw me as a threat, and he wasn’t seeing it any other way. I don’t blame him. I would’ve done the same thing if I was in his shoes. It’s a game and I’m a strong player and I showed that. He thought the way I thought when I wanted to vote him off. I applaud his skills and strategy. The Weatherman and I are eliminated. I am more pissed that the Weatherman is going home than myself. Why on earth would any of the girls vote him off? He didn’t do anything threatening. I am so pissed about that. He’s a great person and he deserved more of a shot. He really tried hard to be kind to everyone and get to know everyone but he still wasn’t given the opportunity he deserved.
There was no reasoning with Kiptyn at that point, he saw me as a threat, and he wasn’t seeing it any other way. I don’t blame him. I would’ve done the same thing if I was in his shoes. Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders Wed this Week!
Jesse Csincsak and his pregnant bride are heading to Las Vegas this week to get married! The couple will tie the knot at Las Vegas's Rumor Hotel alongside 75 guests. What will the guests be eating? According to People Magazine, Jesse and Ann's guest will be feasting on "Peruvian purple potato salad, tortellini pasta pesto salad and an arugula, strawberry and Gorgonzola salad. In keeping with the barbeque theme, guests will also be served corn on the cob, Jalapeño corn muffins, and more. The entrees are all about meat: shredded BBQ short ribs, a grill station, Jamaican jerked honey chicken, Italian sausages with peppers and onions – and Guinness braised brats with sauerkraut."
If anyone is wondering if Deanna Pappas is invited. The answer is a big fat NO!

It wasn't a good day for the weatherman on last night's episode of the Bachelor Pad. Although Jonathan enjoyed the kissing games, he later got voted off the show. From his blog at RadarOnline, Jonathan blogs "This is not a happy time for me...I wish I had a cherry pie right now.
Let me start by telling you some pet peeves of mine. Bad drivers, pizza with no sauce, and hypocrites. That said, Gia tells us that she was surprised Nikki didn't keep her word in voting off Kiptyn last week. Gia, you whole-heartedly promised to Craig that you'd give him the rose on your group date, and instead gave it to Wes because he flirted with you... and you have a boyfriend.
